These terms govern participation in the Ashinton Affiliate Program, operated by Ashinton Capital (Pty) Ltd (Reg No. 2018/010978/07).
Commission is earned at a flat rate of 30% of the net purchase amount on eligible Ashinton products: Smart Ultra Pro, Trade Sync Pro, Risk Console Pro, Prop Guard Pro and the Professional Trader's Guide eBook. A sale is attributed to you when the customer arrives through your referral link within the 30-day cookie window, or uses your affiliate discount code. Attribution follows last-click: if another affiliate refers the same customer more recently, that affiliate receives the commission.
You may not earn commission on your own purchases, purchases made by accounts you control, or purchases made using your own email address or payment accounts. Self-referred orders are automatically detected, excluded from commission and flagged for review.
Artificial click generation, cookie stuffing, bidding on Ashinton brand terms, spam, misleading claims about product performance, impersonation of Ashinton Capital (Pty) Ltd, and the creation of duplicate affiliate accounts are strictly prohibited. Suspicious activity is monitored and may result in withheld commission and termination.
All commissions are held as pending for 7 days from the date of purchase. If an order is refunded during the holding period, the pending commission is removed automatically. If a refund occurs after a commission has been paid out, Ashinton reserves the right to offset the amount against future earnings.
Payouts are processed manually. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00 and one withdrawal request is permitted per calendar month. Approved withdrawals are paid to the PayPal email address on file within 48 hours of approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes due in your jurisdiction.
You must represent Ashinton products accurately and must not guarantee profits or trading outcomes. All promotional material must make clear that trading involves substantial risk and that Ashinton products are software tools, not investment advice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason. Ashinton Capital (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account and withhold unpaid commission where fraud, abuse or breach of these terms is identified. Commission that has been legitimately earned and cleared prior to termination remains payable.
Ashinton Capital (Pty) Ltd may update the commission rate, eligible products, discount amount or these terms. Material changes are communicated by email and take effect for sales generated after the notice date.
