Software licenses may not be exchanged for other products unless expressly approved by Ashinton Forex.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid purchases.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in license termination, account suspension, and legal recovery actions where applicable.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of this No Refund Policy.

Upon successful purchase, Ashinton Forex grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software.

No ownership rights are transferred.

The license permits use of the software solely for the purchaser's personal or business trading activities.

You may not reverse engineer the software, decompile the software, modify the software, share license files, redistribute software, resell software, lease software, or sublicense software without prior written permission.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Ashinton Capital (Pty) Ltd.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership rights to the purchaser.

The license may be terminated immediately if license abuse is detected, unauthorized distribution occurs, terms are violated, or fraudulent activity is identified.

Upon termination, all rights to use the software cease immediately.

Ashinton Forex may provide software updates, bug fixes, enhancements, or feature improvements at its discretion.

No guarantee is made regarding update frequency or future feature development.

Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Ashinton Forex expressly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and performance guarantees.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
